Sponge Cakes
Most Euro-American cakes fit into one of two categories: butter cakes or sponge cakes. Butter cakes are made with—you guessed it—butter. But it’s not just the fat that makes the distinction; there are a few other main ingredients at play here too. Butter cake recipes almost always include one or more chemical leaveners (usually baking powder and/or baking soda; more on the leavening in sponge cakes in a minute). Classic examples of the category include American yellow cake, pound cake, upside-down cake, and more. Most involve creaming butter with sugar, then adding wet and dry ingredients, though, there are some exceptions to the order of operations (see reverse creaming).
- Cheesecake: Classically made with a cream cheese base and graham cracker crust (or in the case of Junior’s Original New York Cheesecake, a sponge cake crust), cheesecake is often baked in a water bath to insulate the delicate, creamy cake from the oven’s strong bottom heat and help it cook evenly. Technically a baked custard, we included it here because it has “cake” in the name and it’s just as crowd-pleasing at a birthday party.
Cupcakes are small, tasty snack cakes that are favored for their portability and portion-control. They are batter cakes baked in a cup-shaped foil or temperature resistant paper. A cupcake can be prepared from a variety of formulations and can be decorated with cream and icings.
Chocolate Cupcakes
This is the most popular cupcake flavour because, well, who doesn’t like chocolate! Theobroma’s chocolate cupcake is made of a moist chocolate sponge and is topped with silky-smooth buttercream. Our chocolate and hazelnut cupcake, on the other hand, has a homemade hazelnut buttercream centre and frosting.. And some are Fruity Cupcakes,Red Velvet Cupcakes.

People enjoy the process of Baking Cake we put our soul while baking a Cake.
We feel the process of making a cake in mixing the flour, sugar, batting the eggs, flavours, salt, some amount of the liquid like milk, and the last ingredient is baking soda.
Eggs + Liquid =Sugar. 1 teaspoon of baking powder for every 1 cup of flour. 1/4 teaspoon baking soda for each 1 cup of flour (baking soda is used if the recipe has a considerable amount of acidic ingredients). Don’t forget the 1/2 teaspoon of salt as a flavor enhancer
